Exchange & Return Policy


• We do not accept exchanges at this time.

• Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
• Merchandise must have all tags, including any Latin Posh hangtags, attached.
• Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
• Hair accessories, hats, opened makeup, earrings, underwear and bodysuits cannot be returned.
• All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
• All swimwear returns must have hygiene liners still intact.

• U.S. Hassle-Free Returns
Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Making a Return must be made within the guidelines of our Return Policy.

We only accept returns for items purchased at  http://www.latinposh.com.
Please contact a Customer Service Representative at latinposh@gmail.com with a detailed description of what you want to return, your order number and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

When returning postage yourself, we suggest you insure the package via Mail or FedEx and purchase tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be processed.

• International Returns
Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your package. You must return your items to the address below within 30 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

• Store Credit can only be used online at our website, http://www.latinposh.com
• Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
• Please treat Store Credit like cash.
• Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected "Store Credit" as the refund method.
• Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store.
• Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
• Store credit never expires.
• Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
• Your use of the Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms.
• To view your Store Credit Balance, log into your LATINPOSH account. Your Store Credit balance will be displayed on the “My Account” page.
