These geometric Tillandsia (or “air plants”) planters are made with off cuts of wood that are selected because they may be highly figured, contain knots, or maybe even a live edge. Each one is truly one of a kind and quantities may be limited because of the special nature of these pieces of wood. Each one is sanded smooth and finished with a low VOC oil and wax.
Each piece is one of a kind and made to order. Please allow 7 days lead time. Plant not included.
A spin on the traditional hexagon shape, this planter is made from solid blocks of Walnut or Ash laminated together creating a beautiful design with the wood grain. It’s then carefully shaped, sanded, and oiled to enhance the grain. Cork feet on the bottom protect your shelf or table top. Glass plant holder and rocks included, just add a 2″ succulent and you’re good to go. The planter also looks stunning with a large tillandsia or “air plant”.
Please note that your planter will be the same size and shape as the one pictured, but the wood grain will differ.

This Tillandsia holder was inspired by the shape of Wisconsin, and the speckles represent all the small towns in my home state. Made from two pieces of Maple laminated together, sanded, and then treated with special ink. The planter is then finished with a zero VOC soy based sealer for protection, while keeping a more unfinished look. This product is handmade to order, please allow 7 days lead time.
